Jumbo Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 jumbo pasta shells
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In
    large
    saucepan, combine spinach in small amount of water. Cover
    and simmer 3 to 5 minutes; drain well.
    Chop up spinach and
    set
    aside.
    Cook chopped onion in butter or oil until tender, but not brown.
    Add spinach and heat thoroughly. Combine egg, 3 cheeses, nutmeg and spinach mixture.
    Stuff 20 cooked shells
    with
    filling.
    Pour
    1/2
    spaghetti
    sauce in baking dish.
    Place filled shells on top.\tPour other half of sauce over shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
