Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar.
    Chop in butter or margarine.
    Add vinegar and vanilla.
    Cook in double boiler until butter melts. Pour in unbaked pie shell, bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until it is firm.
