Wild Rice And Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. wild rice
4 c. cooked chopped turkey
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. French dressing
1 (5 oz.) can sliced almonds
1 c. diced celery
2 c. mandarin oranges
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions.
Cool.
Add turkey, mayonnaise, French dressing, salt, almonds and celery.
Chill. Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Add to the chilled turkey mixture just before serving.
Serve on lettuce.
