Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked carrots (put through ricer)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    some pepper
Preparation
    Mix eggs with carrots.
    Stand the butter mold with the mixture in a pan of boiling water.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 40 minutes.
    Turn out onto a hot plate and fill with hot butter peas. Pour melted cheese over ring when ready to serve.
