Chicken Cordon Bleu(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (4 x 4-inch) puff pastry squares
    8 (4 oz. each) chicken breasts
    8 (1/2 oz.) slices Swiss cheese
    8 (1/2 oz.) slices ham
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts.
    Saute chicken breasts.
    Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt.
    Wrap chicken first with cheese. Place chicken in center of puff pastry and fold in each corner to seal completely.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Place on baking sheet. Coat each one with egg white.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with gravy or cheese sauce.
