Lemon Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Cool.
Add pineapple with juice. Chill until slightly thick.
Blend softened cream cheese with other ingredients.
Stir into jello mixture.
Pour into dish and chill.
