Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes (drain 1/2 of liquid)
    1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
    1 can corn
    1 box frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
    1 small box spaghetti noodles
    ground garlic to taste (if fresh, saute with onions)
    pepper to taste
    oregano to taste (1 Tbsp.)
    sage to taste (1 Tbsp.)
    onion (optional)
Preparation
    Chop/dice tomatoes.
    Add beans, corn, spinach and spices. Simmer.
    Cook spaghetti and drain, then chop up noodles and add to sauce mix.
    May serve hot or cold.
