Pickle Roll-Ups Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. grated onions
    1 loaf sandwich bread (will need about 3/4 loaf)
    finger-size dill pickles, drained
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread.
    Mix cream cheese, mayo and onion. Spread mixture over each slice of bread.
    Place dill pickle on each slice; roll up and place seam side down in airtight container.
    Chill overnight.
    Slice into bite size pieces.
    Serve with crackers, etc.
