Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans veg-all (drained)
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tube crushed ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine (melted)
1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation

Pour drained veg-all in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over veg-all. Mix onion, celery and mayonnaise together. Spread this over the cheese. Combine crushed ritz crackers with melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until celery and onions are done.
