Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. Stew Beef, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 Soup Can Water
    2/3 c. Burgundy Wine
Preparation
    Mix all together (do not brown beef).
    Put into a covered 2 quart casserole.
    Bake for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
    DO NOT OPEN THE CASSEROLE WHILE BAKING.
    Serves 6-8.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
