Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 lb. ground beef (I use 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 or 2 tsp. each: oregano and garlic salt
Preparation
    If you use 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, use 2 tablespoons of oregano and garlic salt.
