Polynesian Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Swiss steak (1/2-inch thick)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

In a small bowl, mix the undrained pineapple, tomato sauce, soup mix and mustard.
In 3-quart casserole, alternately layer meat and sauce. Cover and microwave at Medium for 30 to 40 minutes, rearranging meat after 40 minutes or until tender.
Be sure meat is always covered with sauce throughout cooking time to prevent overbrowning.
