Rugelach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 sticks (1 c.) butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cocoa powder
    raisins
Preparation
    Cream first 3 ingredients.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Cut dough into 4 pieces.
    Use one at a time and keep remainder of dough in refrigerator.
    Press dough into 1/4 of nut mixture.
    Press to 10-inch circle.
    Cut into 12 pie shaped pieces.
    Place 3 raisins at the wide end of each piece.
    Roll from wide to narrow, forming crescent shape.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet right away and cool on rack.
    Makes 48 cookies.
