Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Blend sugar, flour, tapioca, cinnamon and salt.
Stir into apples until well blended.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Cover with top crust; seal edge and cut 4 slits in the center of top crust.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for another 45 minutes.
