Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans, cut, cooked and set aside
    4 Tbsp. butter (2 Tbsp. with flour and 2 Tbsp. on top)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix 2 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons flour.
    Mix that combination with 1 1/2 cups sour cream, minced onion, salt and pepper to make sauce.
    Grease a 7 x 11-inch pan.
    Layer, starting with beans, then sauce.
    Next put cheese and finish with 1/2 cup of crumbs with 2 remaining tablespoons of butter and paprika. Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
