Italian Fritatte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, diced
    1 Vidalia onion, chopped
    1/2 stick pepperoni, sliced
    1 c. Bisquick
    6 to 8 eggs
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. Parmesan/Romano cheese
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, onion, pepperoni and Bisquick together, then mix eggs and cheese with seasonings.
    Now combine all ingredients. Bake in Pyrex dish approximately 20 minutes.
