Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked in salted water and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. water chestnuts (2 cans)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients.
Add 1 cup of crushed corn flakes.
Mix well and pour into oiled casserole dish.
Mix remaining cup of corn flakes with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Add chopped parsley.
