Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely crushed cornflakes
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a shallow bowl combine cornflakes, basil, garlic powder, pepper, salt and oregano.
    Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs.
    Place chicken on a rack in a baking pan. Drizzle with butter.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
