Fillets En Papillote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flounder fillets
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. unsalted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place each fillet on aluminum foil. Sprinkle each fillet with equal amount of rest of the ingredients. Top each fillet with 1 teaspoon margarine.
    Wrap and seal all edges.
    Place in baking pan and bake 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings with 225 calories and 5 grams fat.
