Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. water
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Spoon flour into dry measuring cup.
    Add salt to flour.
    Bring shortening and water to boil in saucepan over medium heat.
    Add blended dry ingredients quickly.
    Beat constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.
    Remove mixture from heat. Cool slightly.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat until smooth after each addition.
    Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool; cut off tops and fill with favorite filling.
    Place top back on and refrigerate.
