Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box chocolate base cake mix (Swiss, German Chocolate, Milk Chocolate)
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Mix coconut and chopped nuts and press into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine and drop with spoon on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
