Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans tomatoes, peeled
    2 cans tomato sauce (small)
    1 c. water (if cooking long)
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    3 oz. Mozzarella
    1 small can Romano cheese
    1 small can Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Fry meat until brown together with onion (until onion gets soft).
    Add tomatoes, sauce and spices. Let simmer about 1 hour in 13 x 9 x 4-inch pan.
    Put one layer of noodles and sauce.
