Crabmeat And Cheese On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 can crabmeat
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter in top of double boiler.
    Add grated cheese and evaporated milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add crabmeat and mix well. Just before serving, add beaten egg and cook 1 minute.
    Serve hot on toast.
