Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 jar artichokes, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. monterey jack cheese, coarsely grated
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Thaw and squeeze excess moisture from spinach using a clean kitchen cloth, cheesecloth, or strainer. Combine all ingredients and cook in microwave until creamy. You may need to add water or milk 1 teaspoon at a time until the dip reaches the desired consistency.
