Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish.
