Hot Collards Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (No. 303) can collards, drained
    onion slices (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat bacon fat, vinegar and seasonings until very hot.
    Add drained collards.
    Heat through.
    Turn into serving bowl.
    Garnish with onion ring slices.
    Can easily be doubled.
