Mexican-Style Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    1/4 c. each: green and sweet red pepper and celery, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. light cream cheese
    1/2 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies (1/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine corn, green and red pepper, celery and water.
    Cook about 5 minutes or until corn is tender, but not overcooked.
    Drain.
    Stir in cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
    Heat through.
