Banana Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Cook sugar and water together in saucepan for 1 minute over medium heat.
    Add bananas and cinnamon; cook 3 minutes
    over medium heat.
    Transfer banana mixture to food processor and blend until pureed.
    Chill.
    Transfer banana mixture to mixing bowl. Fold in stiff egg whites until well mixed.
    Fold banana mixture into cream mixture; mix well.
    Spoon into dessert cups and chill before serving.
