Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    center cut pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat frying pan with oil.
    Brown chops until golden. Combine garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Pour mixture over pork chops.
    Cover and simmer until tender and glazed (50 to 60 minutes).
    Turn chops from time to time to avoid sticking and scorching.
