Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sliced squash
carrot slivers (for color)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash in boiling water until barely tender.
Drain well. Add chicken soup, sour cream and onion and mix well.
Sprinkle 1/2 of herb mix on bottom of casserole.
Add squash mixture and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.
Dot with butter and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in buttered dish at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
