Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mash squash in bowl.
    Add butter, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, cheese, milk and bread crumbs; mix well.
    Spoon into casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Yield: 4 servings.
