Jack Clark'S Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cooked and diced
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, baked, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
    2 tsp. flour
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes and cook bacon until crisp.
    Slice and peel potatoes.
    Layer potatoes and bacon in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with onions.
    In a small saucepan, mix flour, vinegar, brown sugar, celery seed, pepper and salt.
    Cook, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
    Pour sauce over potatoes; toss gently.
    Then put in oven at 325\u00b0 to reheat for 1/2 hour.
