Peanut Butter Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
Preparation
    In a small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar at high speed, until mixture holds stiff peaks when beater is raised.
    Add sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time; beat well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture holds very stiff peaks.
    Lightly fold in peanut butter, just until mixed.
    Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
    Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
    Yields about 3 dozen.
