Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine cooked, mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/4 cup butter in large bowl; mix well.
Place in buttered casserole.
Mix brown sugar with flour.
Cut in 1/2 cup butter until crumbly.
Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
