Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) chickens, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Arrange skin side up in large pan. Pour mixture of salad dressing, soup mix and preserves over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender, basting occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
