Caramel Snappers - cooking recipe

90 pecan halves (about 1 1/2 c.)
1/2 (14 oz.) pkg. vanilla caramels (about 25)
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation

To toast pecan halves, spread nuts in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
Toast the nuts in a 350\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
