Amolee'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 to 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 beaten egg
    5 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix dry yeast with 1/2 cup warm water.
    Dissolve sugar and salt in 2 cups of water and oil.
    Add beaten egg.
    Combine all together, then add flour, a little at a time.
    Mix well.
    Cover and put in warm place until double in size.
    Knead down and put in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Can stay as long as 1 week.
    When ready to use, roll dough until about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into desired shape or size.
    Let rise in baking pan about 2 hours before cooking.
