Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. oleo or butter
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. white crabmeat
    1/2 lb. grated American or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo or butter until onion is wilted.
    Blend flour with mixture.
    Pour in milk gradually.
    Stir constantly.
    Add egg yolks, salt, red pepper and black pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
