Tomato-Feta Salad With Thyme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tomatoes, diced
5 oz. mild feta cheese, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 bunch thyme leaves, chopped
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 C olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, cheese and green onions in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Serve immediately.
Makes about 6 servings.
