Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fat
1 or 2 onions, cut up
1 lb. chopped meat
1/2 lb. or 1 lb. cubed beef
1 can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
red kidney beans
Preparation

Heat fat in large skillet with tight fitting cover.
Add onions until lightly brown.
Add chopped meat and cubed beef and brown.
Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook together for 1 hour.
