Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped fine (raw)
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned herb stuffing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Salt and pepper squash to taste.
    Melt margarine; mix with stuffing mix.
    Pour layer (1/2 mix) in bottom of casserole.
    Mix all other ingredients; pour over stuffing mix.
    Sprinkle with remaining stuffing.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
