Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes or 1 large bag frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
    1 stick (1/2 c.) oleo
    1 small box Velveeta cheese or 1 small jar Cheez Whiz (don't let cheese touch sides of dish)
    2 round pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish, put vegetables in dish, cut half of oleo stick in chunks and put on top of vegetables.
    Soften cheese and put on top of vegetables.
    Melt last half of oleo stick. Crush Ritz crackers in plastic bag.
    Pour in melted oleo and mix well.
    Pour crackers over top of vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
