Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1 Tbsp. fat-free milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 c. chocolate graham cracker crumbs (1 1/2 sheets)
    1 Tbsp. chopped pitted dates
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; add graham cracker crumbs, stirring with a fork.
    Stir in dates.
    Shape mixture into 4 (1-inch) balls.
    Roll balls in pecans.
    Cover and chill thoroughly. Yield:
    4 truffles.
    Exchange = 1 starch for each truffle.
