Stir-Fry Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top round steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. frozen broccoli
    1 c. green beans
    1 red or green pepper
    1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Partially freeze beef.
    Cut on bias into thin strips.
    Add oil to large skillet.
    Stir-fry vegetables 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Remove vegetables.
    Stir-fry 1/2 the beef at a time for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Return all to skillet and toss with sauce.
