Pepper-Chicken Fettucini Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fettucini
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips (18 oz.)
    2 large red peppers, cut into strips
    2 large yellow peppers
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, cut into chunks
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. herb seasoning
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Prepare fettucini as package directions; drain.
