Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 tsp. Morton Lite Salt Mixture
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1 pkg. (3 Tbsp.) Butter Buds
    1/2 c. nonfat milk powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Drain, but reserve 1/2 c. liquid. Mash potatoes with a potato masher. Add reserved liquid and remaining ingredients. Mash until well blended.
