Pork Loin Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork loin with or without ribs
    1/4 c. crushed red pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. red or white wine
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Mix red pepper, vinegar, salt, garlic and wine.
    Put meat into a marinade pan and pour marinade over meat.
    Marinade should cover meat.
    If it doesn't, make a small portion with more wine to cover meat.
    Soak in refrigerator for 3 days.
    Put meat and marinade in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cook until meat is tender and browned.
    Do not change marinade.
