Christmas Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. (16 oz. can) crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 small orange, ground (1/2 c.)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. broken walnuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; save syrup.
    Mix jello and sugar; add hot water and stir until dissolved.
    Add cold water, lemon juice and reserved syrup.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add pineapple, cranberries, orange, celery and walnuts.
    Pour into 2-quart mold and chill until firm.
