Lite "N" Easy Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos (optional)
Preparation

In medium bowl mix first three ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Chill.
Serve with crackers, Melba rounds or toast.
