Irish Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked
1 medium onion, minced
1 small jar pimento
4 to 6 slices bread
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Melt one
stick
of
butter
and one cup of milk.
Pour over other
ingredients\tand mix.
Pour in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
